The team handled some tough plumbing problems - they replaced a leaking tub valve and a corroded water heater. Both jobs were tougher than expected. (Aren't all plumbing jobs?) Excellent work done, thanks to Mitchell, Brandon, Christian and Kurt. We've been Affordable customers since 2000.

Kevin demonstrated the best customer service that anyone could ask for. he made sure he provided all detail’s of why our issue was occurring. what needed to be replaced to fix the issue and He gave recommendations on how to prevent it going forward. He also advised on future maintenance work to keep the system up and running for a longer time and He really took good care of us. He was kind. He was thoughtful, polite, and honest I could not ask for a better rep and I will definitely ask for him always for service needed as he was just that amazing. Not only did he handle the job with expertise, but he was also incredibly kind and patient with my father, which meant the world to us. Affordable Service Plumbing is the best we have ever dealt with. From the estimate process on, we were impressed. We had a conversion from a swamp cooler and furnace to a new HVAC system. Each of the men on the crew are professional, conscientious, efficient, early for appointments, and cleaned up also. They work as a well-oiled machine. We were pleasantly surprised. We had approximately ten different people because we needed an electric panel upgrade as well. The scheduling of the crews and the juggling act of PNM and City Inspectors is no easy task, but executed well. Days after the completion of this, we called back to ask for two other things we needed to be worked on by their plumbers. Estimate yesterday and today, two wonderful gentlemen showed up early. Completed the work quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They were both very personable as well. These guys really know how to make things right. Any time we need anything this company is the only one we will call. Highly recommend them!

The receptionist that scheduled my appointment was amazing!! She removed my worries & assured me I was in good hands. The appointment was made the same day! Travis arrived on time, providing a call prior to arriving. He was professional & courteous explaining the work & steps necessary to resolve a leak in the upstairs tub & the leak on the outside spicket. Everything was completed in an efficient manner & the area was spotless. I’d definitely recommend his service! Thank you Travis!!!

This company is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. Cody worked so hard to get my HVAC up to code and went above and beyond. He is such a pleasant young man and you know the customer is very important to him. Marcus cleaned my ductwork and also worked very hard. They have a wonderful work ethic. This company hires the best. I will not use any other company for my plumbing, heating and cooling. From calling in to get an estimate to signing the end of the work contract, I only had kind and helpful people assist me. Please support them. You won’t be sorry.
